Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote products.
- Maintain and manage a list of potential leads, following up with interested customers.
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Accurately update and maintain customer records in the database.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluency in Hindi, Marathi, and English is mandatory.
- Previous experience in a telecalling or similar sales role is required.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close sales effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
