Tele Caller Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and motivated Tele caller with at least 2 years of experience in tele sales or customer service. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to handle high volumes of outbound and inbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services
• Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries professionally
• Maintain customer database and update call records accurately
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned by the supervisor
• Follow up with interested leads and maintain good customer relationships
• Explain product features and benefits to customers clearly
• Coordinate with the sales team to follow up on leads

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Tele caller or in a similar role
• Excellent verbal communication
• Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent
• Good knowledge of MS Excel or CRM systems
• Positive attitude and strong convincing power
• Minimum qualification: Graduate (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
