Job Description:
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer calls, providing accurate information and resolving queries efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, feedback, and follow-ups.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
