Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and responsible Delivery Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The role involves delivering medicines safely and promptly to customers while ensuring a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver medicines to customers at their doorstep within assigned routes and timelines.
- Ensure accurate and secure delivery of packages.
- Collect payments (if applicable) and update delivery status.
- Maintain regular communication with the operations team.
- Provide courteous and professional service to customers.
Requirements:
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Should be able to communicate in Hindi(mandatory).
- Basic knowledge of using a smartphone for navigation and updates.
- Prior delivery experience (in medicines, food, courier, etc.) is an added advantage.
