We are seeking a passionate, dedicated Teacher for our Primary Montessori Classroom (ages 3-6) and 18 months to 3years who is committed to upholding the Montessori philosophy. The ideal candidate will bring experience, enthusiasm, and a love for guiding young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement Montessori methods and materials in alignment with our curriculum.
- Create a nurturing, engaging, and orderly environment conducive to learning.
- Observe and track students' progress; maintain accurate records and reports.
- Collaborate with fellow staff and communicate effectively with parents.
- Foster an inclusive, respectful, and joyful learning atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in a Montessori setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Classroom Management
- Knowledge of Computer skills
- A genuine passion for working with children.
