Oversees and manages the entire dining room experience, supervising staff, ensuring quality service, coordinating with the kitchen, and addressing guest needs to provide an excellent dining experience and maintain guest satisfaction. Key duties include welcoming guests, seating them, managing reservations, taking orders, supervising servers, training new staff, maintaining cleanliness, resolving complaints, and controlling inventory. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and exceptional customer service skills.
