- Ensure customer satisfaction through personalized communication and proactive problem solving.
- Train a team of service team & hosts to provide a better customer service.
- Briefing service teams regarding customer feedbacks and for better improvements.
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, including enforcing health and safety standards.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase restaurant traffic and revenue.
- Monitoring petty cash expenses.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in restaurant industry.
- Generate accurate customer bills using POS system.
- Handle cash, card, UPI, and other forms of payment.
- Prepare daily sales reports and submit to accounts/manager.
- Greet customers politely during billing.
- Handle complaints related to billing promptly and professionally.
- Maintain and operate billing software (e.g., Petpooja)
