Key Responsibilities:1. Mise en Place & Production Support
- Assist in daily mise en place for all pastry items including doughs, batters, creams, and garnishes.
- Maintain quality and consistency across all preparations.
- Follow recipes and plating standards under guidance of senior chefs.
2. Inventory & Stock Management
- Track daily ingredient usage and report low-stock items.
- Assist in receiving, labeling, and storing of pastry ingredients.
- Ensure proper FIFO rotation and minimal wastage.
3. Display & Counter Management
- Support setup and maintenance of pastry displays to ensure visual appeal and freshness.
- Refill and reorganize counters during service to maintain presentation standards.
4.• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry section.
- Follow all FSSAl hygiene and safety protocols.
- Assist in daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
