- Performing cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.
- Ensuring all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.
- Bed Making
- Protecting equipment and reporting any damages or deficits.
- Dealing with complaints and requests professionally and patiently.
- Keeping facilities and common areas clean and maintained.
- Assisting guests when necessary.
