Job Role - Sales Manager Industry - Real Estate Salary - Up to 1 lakh per month depending upon experience Working Days - 6 Days
Roles & Responsibilities - - Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. - Handle sales team and meet the targets - Provide guidance and advice on market conditions, pricing, and mortgages. - Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts. - Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals on behalf of clients. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws, trends, and market conditions. - Prepare and manage necessary paperwork, including contracts and agreements. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
