Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client inquiries and provide guidance on buying/selling residential and commercial properties
- Conduct site visits and property showings
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients and close sales
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Stay updated with market trends, property values, and competitor analysis
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Own vehicle preferred (for site visits)
