Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for handling outbound and/or inbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about our products/services, generate leads, or provide support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
- Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Maintain a database of customer information and update it regularly.
- Follow communication scripts and meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.
- Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Handle objections and rejections professionally.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: [12th Pass / Graduate]
- Proven experience as telecaller or similar role is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in [languages required – e.g., English, Hindi, etc.].
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
