Telecaller (Female Candidates Only)
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic female telecaller who can confidently connect with clients, provide product information, and support our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to clients for product inquiries and updates
- Handle incoming calls and provide appropriate information
- Maintain customer database and follow up regularly
- Coordinate with internal sales and production teams
- Schedule appointments or demos with interested clients
- Provide excellent after-sales support
Requirements:
- Fluency in Tamil or Kannada (mandatory)
- Good communication skills and a polite telephone manner
- Basic knowledge of jewellery products is a plus
- Familiarity with MS Excel or CRM tools (preferred)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Residing in or willing to commute to Virar West
