We are looking for a Telecaller / Counsellor to join our EdTech team at CyberVie. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong follow-up mindset to guide students and working professionals toward the right training programs.
Role: Telecaller / Academic CounsellorKey Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to leads and explain our cybersecurity training programs
- Handle inbound queries via phone, email, or WhatsApp
- Understand the learner's background (student or working professional) and suggest suitable courses
- Maintain daily follow-up logs and update lead status in CRM
- Build relationships with potential learners to increase conversions
- Assist during onboarding and resolve learner queries
Skill Set:
- Strong verbal communication in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
- Good listening and persuasion skills
- Consistent and timely follow-ups
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
- Ability to understand and explain EdTech or Cybersecurity offerings
