Role Overview
The Sous Chef will assist the Head Chef in menu execution, kitchen operations, and team supervision. They will be responsible for maintaining food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards while supporting innovation in European & Mediterranean fusion dishes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef in preparing and presenting high-quality European & Mediterranean fusion dishes.
- Supervise and coordinate daily kitchen operations in the Head Chef’s absence.
- Maintain consistent portioning, taste, and presentation standards.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff and Commis Chefs.
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness, organization, and compliance with food safety regulations.
- Support in menu testing and seasonal dish development.
- Monitor inventory and assist in ingredient sourcing.
- Maintain coordination with service staff for smooth order execution.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
