Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and decorate cakes (cream-based, premium, fondant optional)
- Follow standard recipes and maintain quality, taste, and presentation
- Manage baking and decorating timeline to ensure timely orders
- Innovate and suggest new flavors or designs for seasonal launches
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen
- Assist in making pastries, brownies, and other dessert items as needed
- Manage inventory of ingredients and inform when stock is low
Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cake Chef or Pastry Chef
- Skilled in cream decoration, piping, layering, and basic fondant work (optional)
- Ability to handle daily orders and custom cake production
- Knowledge of bakery hygiene and food safety standards
- Good attitude, team player, punctual and passionate about baking
- Willingness to learn and grow with the bakery
