Job Description: Commi II Chef – Patties, Puffs & Bread Section (Bakery)
Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Commi II Chef for our patties, puff, and bread section. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bakery production, particularly in preparing dough, shaping, baking, and finishing savoury items and breads, while maintaining quality and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and production of patties, puffs, breads, and other savoury bakery items.
- Prepare doughs (shortcrust, puff, bread) as per standard recipes and process requirements.
- Shape, fill, and assemble products like veg patties, chicken puffs, rolls, etc.
- Monitor proofing and baking time/temperature to ensure proper texture and quality.
- Support in portioning, layering, glazing, and garnishing as required.
- Ensure correct usage and storage of raw materials and finished goods (FIFO).
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in work areas, ovens, and equipment.
- Follow all food safety and kitchen SOPs.
- Assist the CDP and Commi I in daily kitchen operations.
- Coordinate with the dispatch and packaging team to ensure timely output.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
