Job Overview:
We are looking for an ambitious B2B Sales Executive to drive growth for our EdTech solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in institutional or enterprise sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and a passion for transforming education through technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and acquire new institutional clients (schools, colleges, corporates).
- Present and demonstrate EdTech products to decision-makers.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular reports to management.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- 2–5 years of B2B sales experience (EdTech domain preferred).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of institutional decision-making cycles.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
