Job Title: PGT – Chemistry (Post Graduate Teacher)
Location: Trichy (Tiruchirappalli), Tamil Nadu
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Chemistry
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) — mandatory for eligibility
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Experience Required: 2–5 years in teaching Higher Secondary (Class XI–XII), preferably under CBSE or equivalent curriculum
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive and engaging Chemistry lessons to Class XI and XII students
- Prepare students effectively for board exams (CBSE/State), conduct assessments, and offer feedback for improvement
- Design detailed lesson plans, maintain progress records, and communicate student performance to parents
- Conduct and supervise lab sessions and experiments, ensuring accuracy, safety, and clarity
- Actively mentor, inspire, and support students in their academic goals
Preferred Skills
- Strong understanding and command of Chemistry concepts and laboratory techniques
- Excellent classroom management and instructional skills
- Ability to simplify complex topics and foster interactive learning
- Familiarity with exam patterns and board expectations to guide students effectively
