Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our B2B sales team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of experience in B2B sales, a strong understanding of the sales process, and a passion for achieving targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and generate new B2B leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.
· Pitch products/services to potential business clients and convert leads into sales.
· Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
· Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications.
· Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery and support.
· Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Key Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
· 6 months to 1 year of experience in B2B sales
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
· Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
