Key Responsibilities: - B2B Sales Executive
- Identify, target, and acquire new B2B clients in industries such as FMCG, pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, e-commerce, and manufacturing.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers to maximize repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and client needs.
- Prepare and deliver effective product presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients.
- Coordinate with internal departments (production, design, logistics) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report on sales performance.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the packaging or related industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
