Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Remarketing) to generate qualified leads.
- Manage social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) including paid campaigns and organic growth strategies.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting for better campaign performance.
- Develop and implement conversion tracking, A/B testing, and performance analysis to maximize ROI.
- Create engaging content ideas for ads, posts, and reels in collaboration with the creative team.
- Monitor daily campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Work closely with sales & academic teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and Google algorithm changes.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience (2–5 years) in Google Ads and Social Media Marketing.
- Strong understanding of PPC, SEO basics, remarketing, and funnel optimization.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Ads Manager.
- Ability to design campaign strategies to achieve lead generation targets.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and creative thinking.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in Google Ads / Meta Ads will be an added advantage.
