- Maintaining Cleanliness:Ensuring the front-of-house area is clean, organized, and presentable, including the reception area and seating sections.
- Providing Information:Answering guest inquiries about the menu, restaurant services, and wait times.
- Assisting with Service:In some cases, hostesses may also assist with tasks like taking initial drink orders, delivering food, or assisting with clearing tables.
- Creating a Positive Experience:Providing excellent customer service, being attentive to guests' needs, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience from start to finish.
