Restaurant Hostess (Female)

Job Summary:

The Restaurant Hostess will serve as the face of the restaurant, welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth seating experience. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, grooming, and attention to detail to create a warm and professional first impression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
• Maintain reservation and seating charts effectively.
• Manage guest waiting lists during peak hours.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and wait staff to ensure timely service.
• Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries or bookings.
• Ensure the reception and waiting area remain neat, clean, and welcoming.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and relay feedback to the manager.

Profile Requirements:

• Graduate or diploma in hospitality or any stream.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a hostess or front-of-house staff.
• Well-groomed, polite, with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Pleasant personality with good customer handling abilities.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi/Marathi preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
