Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher with 1–2 years of experience (or freshers with relevant qualifications) to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about early childhood education and skilled in creating engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct interactive lessons and activities
- Create a safe, caring, and positive classroom environment
- Encourage social, emotional, and academic growth
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure child safety
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of preschool/early childhood teaching experience (Freshers may apply)
- ECCEd / NTT / Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Creativity, patience, and enthusiasm for working with children
