· B tech/ Diploma/Master Degree
· Minimum 2-3 Years’ experience in E-Tender, GEM (bidding and price matching), and Tender management.
· Proven experience in tender management
· Strong understanding of bidding processes and contract management principles.
· Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
· Salary – 20,000-25,000/-
· Location – Kochi
· Reading Proficiency in English is mandatory. Reading Proficiency in tamil or hindi will be added advantage
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Develop and implement strategies for tendering processes to maximise success rates and profitability.
· Lead the preparation of high-quality bids and proposals in response to tender invitations, ensuring adherence to client requirements, specifications, and deadlines.
· Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, legal, finance, and operations, to gather necessary information and resources for bid submissions
· Utilize strong follow-up skills to track progress, resolve issues, and meet project deadlines.
· Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members involved in the tender evaluation process.
· Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports related to tenders, contracts, and procurement activities.
