Little Millennium Preschool in B. Narayanapura, Mahadevpura, Bengaluru, is a preschool known for its commitment to early childhood education. At Little Millennium we are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool teacher / Asst.teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment to facilitate the growth and development of young children.
Qualification:- Graduate / 2nd PUC/Diploma/NTT/MTT
Preschool Teacher Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a curriculum that promotes learning through play, exploration, and hands-on activities.
- Plan and organize daily activities and lessons in accordance with curriculum objectives.
- Provide a supportive and caring environment that encourages children's creativity, curiosity, and self-expression.
- Foster positive social interactions and promote the development of social skills such as sharing, cooperation, and empathy.
- Monitor and assess each child's progress and development, and communicate with parents/guardians regularly.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the classroom, both indoors and outdoors.
- Collaborate with other staff members and administrators to create a cohesive and inclusive learning environment.
- Maintain accurate records, including attendance, incident reports, and developmental assessments.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and parent-teacher conferences as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom environment that reflects the interests and needs of the children.
