· Guest Reception: Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon their arrival, creating a positive first impression of the establishment.
· Reservation Management: Take and manage guest reservations for both the fine dining restaurant and banquet events. Coordinate with the cashier to ensure accurate billing information.
· Seating Arrangements: Organize and manage the seating of guests to optimize table turnover and accommodate special requests. Coordinate with service staff to ensure a smooth flow of guests.
· Guest Information: Provide information about the menu, daily specials, and promotions to guests. Answer inquiries and assist with any special requests.
· Waitlist Management: Manage waiting lists during peak hours, keeping guests informed of estimated wait times and offering comfortable waiting areas.
· Communication with Service Staff: Effectively communicate guest information to service staff, including special requests, allergies, and other relevant details.
· Maintaining Lobby and Reception Area: Keep the lobby and reception area clean and organized, ensuring a welcoming and aesthetically pleasing environment.
· Coordinating with Cashier and Servers: Collaborate with the cashier to manage billing processes and coordinate with servers to ensure timely and efficient service.
· Upselling and Promotion: Inform guests about promotions, special offers, and loyalty programs to enhance their experience and contribute to revenue generation.
