1) Attend the calls and transfer the lines in respective departments.
2) Handle Stationary stock management & monitor office supplies and place orders, as per requirement.
3) Coordinate with our regional offices for stationary supplies/ Flight booking.
4) Communicate with vendors to take the quotations & place the orders.
5) Responsible for handling housekeeping, security, maintain attendance registers, visitors register.
6) Manage office administration, Data entry, Billing, Inventory management
7) Co-ordinate with all the departments concerned in order to maintain Front Office functions properly.
8) Provide office support services, any other miscellaneous work & take up other office duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
