Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a positive and professional attitude
- Handle guest check-in and check-out efficiently using the hotel management system
- Manage reservations and room allocations
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and face-to-face inquiries
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth room assignments
- Handle billing and payment processes
- Maintain front desk security and data confidentiality
- Assist guests with travel arrangements and concierge services
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized front office area
Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, IDS, etc.)
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Well-groomed, pleasant personality with a professional demeanor
- Fluency in English and local language

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
