Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and greet visitors.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
- Maintain visitor records and manage appointments.
- Assist in daily office administration and coordination.
- Provide support to HR/Admin team as required.
Requirements
- Graduate with 1–2 years of experience as Front Office Executive/Receptionist.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.
- Pleasant personality and professional attitude.
