Vaidyaratnam Group, We are looking for a courteous and efficient Front Office Executive to be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth and welcoming experience while managing front desk operations with professionalism.
Key Requirements:
- Graduate or Masters in Hospital Administration (preferred).
- Prior experience in front office, customer service, or hospital reception is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and local language.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.
- Friendly, professional, and patient-centric approach.
- Local Candidates Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and guests in a polite and professional manner.
- Handle patient inquiries, appointments, and scheduling over the phone and in person.
- Maintain patient records, registration, and billing coordination with the accounts team.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out and patient flow.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and other departments for smooth service delivery.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Provide information about hospital services, treatments, and facilities.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report preparation.
