Butler is responsible for delivering personalized guest services, ensuring exceptional comfort and luxury standards. This role involves anticipating guest needs, providing bespoke assistance, and maintaining discretion and confidentiality at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and room orientation.
- Provide personalized services, including unpacking, packing, and arranging guest belongings.
- Manage guest requests promptly, ensuring high satisfaction and attention to detail.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, room service, and other departments for seamless service delivery.
- Arrange dining reservations, transportation, tours, and other special requests.
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with guest preferences and hotel standards.
- Maintain inventory of in-room amenities and ensure timely replenishment.
- Handle VIP and long-stay guests with a focus on privacy and discretion.
- Assist with laundry, pressing, and shoe care services when required.
- Ensure guest complaints or concerns are resolved promptly and professionally.
