About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and professional Junior Lady Butler to provide support for a private residence. This is a live-out position that requires a high level of discretion, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of household management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing daily household duties with meticulous attention to detail.
- Assisting with the overall smooth running of the residence.
- Working closely with other household staff, as needed.
- Adhering to the family's standards and routines.
Working Hours & Time Off:
- The standard work day is approximately 9 hours, with the possibility of extending up to 10 hours on certain days to cover all duties.
- Compensatory time off will be provided to balance any extended hours, especially when the family is away or traveling.
- This role includes 4 days off per month.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
- A strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- A polite and professional demeanor.
