Canopy Setup & Management
- Setting up canopy at designated locations (as per institute’s instructions).
- Maintaining cleanliness and attractive display at the canopy.
- Ensuring banners, posters, standees, and other branding material are properly arranged.
- Assisting visitors with institute/course information at the canopy.
Pamphlet / Brochure Distribution
- Distributing pamphlets, leaflets, and brochures in targeted areas (colleges, coaching centers, marketplaces, residential areas, etc.).
- Approaching students/parents politely and providing them with institute information.
- Keeping track of quantity distributed and reporting daily to the office.
Lead Generation & Interaction
- Collecting names, phone numbers, and interest details of potential students.
- Sharing details of ongoing offers, new batches, and fee structure.
- Answering basic queries and guiding interested students to the office for counseling.
Reporting & Accountability
- Submitting a daily report on canopy activity and pamphlet distribution.
- Maintaining record of leads generated and areas covered.
- Being punctual and responsible for material provided by the institute (pamphlets, banners, standees, etc.).
Other Supportive Tasks
- Supporting marketing campaigns, seminars, and events organized by the institute.
- Assisting the marketing team in other field activities when required.
Office & Administrative Support
- Assisting in day-to-day office work and basic documentation.
- Maintaining data of leads generated from fieldwork.
- Coordinating with the counseling/marketing team for follow-ups.
Communication & Professionalism
- Good communication skills while interacting with students/parents.
- Polite, disciplined, and professional approach in both field & office work.
- Representing the institute positively at all times.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
