Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Lead Generation Expert / BDE with 4–5 years of proven experience in generating high-quality leads from Upwork, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads through Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other freelancing/job platforms.
- Write compelling proposals and tailored pitches to engage prospects on Upwork.
- Manage and optimize Upwork profiles and LinkedIn accounts to increase visibility and conversion.
- Initiate conversations and build relationships with potential clients via LinkedIn messaging.
- Work closely with internal teams to align business offerings with client needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 4–5 years of experience in lead generation or business development, specifically through Upwork and LinkedIn.
- Strong knowledge of Upwork's bidding strategies, job filtering, and client engagement.
- Proficient in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and digital services such as IT, SaaS, Web Development, or Marketing.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
- Experience working with international clients (US, UK, EU, etc.).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, web/app development, or SaaS solutions.
