Responsibilities:
- Bidding on projects daily through online platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.)
- Understanding client requirements and preparing tailored proposals
- Maintaining follow-up communication with prospective clients
- Converting bids into successful projects
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an Online Bidder or Business Development Executive (on freelance portals)
- Strong written English communication
- Basic knowledge of IT services (web/app/software development preferred)
- Previous bidding experience (preferred but not mandatory)
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Must have a personal laptop and good internet connection
