What You’ll Do
Manage and grow our Upwork profile and reputation
Craft tailored, high-converting proposals
Communicate professionally with prospects and guide them through our services
Attend discovery calls and understand client needs
Close deals and coordinate smooth transitions to the project team
Ensure consistent, transparent communication throughout project lifecycles
What You Need:-
Proven success as an Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive
Excellent English skills (written & spoken)
Familiarity with tools like Slack, Trello, CRMs, Google Workspace
Understanding of SaaS, software, or digital service sales
Self-motivated and result-oriented with a sales-driven mindset
