Key Responsibilities
- Bid on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, PPH, and others
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients
- Write customized, high-quality proposals for Web Development, Mobile App Development, and Digital Marketing projects
- Analyze client requirements and suggest suitable solutions
- Maintain regular communication with international clients
- Collaborate with technical and sales teams to ensure project feasibility
- Track bidding activities and follow up on submitted proposals
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor strategies
Required Skills
- Proven experience in online bidding and IT sales
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with freelancing platforms and proposal writing
- Understanding of IT services like web/mobile development, UI/UX, and digital marketing
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in online bidding or business development
- IT background preferred

- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000/month (based on experience)
