We are looking for a sous chef
Following Job responsibility of a sous chef includes but not limited to:
- Menu planning: Developing and implementing menus and keeping up with culinary trends
- Quality control: Ensuring food quality and presentation and managing cost and quality controls
- Inventory management: Maintaining inventory and records of prepared food
- Food safety: Managing compliance with food and beverage hygiene policies and procedures
- Kitchen operations: Managing culinary operations, including high volume food production
- Equipment maintenance: Managing site and equipment maintenance
- Guest service: Interacting with guests to obtain feedback and responding to complaints
- Budgeting: Developing and implementing a budget, and ensuring recipes are accurately costed
- Crisis management: Managing crisis situations
- Roaster planning: Making roaster for the kitchen team for full utilization of man power
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Required)
Experience:
- total work: 5 years (Required)
- Japanese and Korean cuisine: 2 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
