Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma or formal culinary/catering training from recognized culinary schools or hotels.
Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of experience, including at least 4 years as a Head or Sous Chef in reputed hotels or catering organizations
- Strong culinary skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to high food quality and hygiene standards
