s a Hostess, you are the first point of contact for guests. You will greet guests, manage reservations, escort them to tables, and ensure they have a pleasant dining experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and courteously upon arrival.
- Manage waitlists and reservations using booking software or manually.
- Escort guests to their assigned tables.
- Maintain an organized and clean reception and lobby area.
- Provide menus and introduce guests to the assigned server.
- Handle guest inquiries or complaints professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen team to ensure smooth guest flow.
- Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction and hospitality.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive demeanor.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Hostess or in customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed and presentable at all times.
- Basic knowledge of reservation systems (e.g., OpenTable, EatApp) is a plus.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure in a busy environment.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
