Job Summary:
We are hiring a Business Development Manager (BDM) for our US Staffing division to join our growing team in Agra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing client relationships, and generating requirements from new clients in the US market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, and email campaigns.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with direct clients and Tier-1 vendors in the US.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure delivery.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to onboard new clients.
- Track and achieve weekly/monthly targets related to lead generation and client acquisition.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of all client interactions.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Willing to work in US shift timings (Night Shift).
- Basic understanding of US staffing and recruitment lifecycle is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and LinkedIn is a plus.
- Self-motivated and result-driven with good negotiation skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with US IT staffing terminology.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
