Role - Non-IT BDM (Domestic Staffing)
Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad(Onsite)
Shift timing – 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM ISTJ
ob Description:We are looking for an experienced Non-IT BDM to drive lead generation, handle key accounts, and onboard new Non-IT clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new leads and identify potential clients in the Non-IT sector.
Handle and nurture relationships with existing clients.
Onboard new Non-IT clients and ensure seamless integration with recruiting services.
Develop and implement strategies to grow business opportunities in the Non-IT domain.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and expectations.
Key Skills:
Proven experience in Non-IT sales and business development.Strong understanding of Non-IT recruitment and staffing solutions.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts.Goal-oriented with a focus on driving new business.
