Key Responsibilities:

- Good understanding of US Deposit services process
- Should have a minimum working experience of 2 to 4 year in Deposit Services
- Good understanding of US Banking life cycle
- Good verbal and written communication
- Should be comfortable working US hours to meet deadlines
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Good knowledge in MS office skills MS Word Excel PowerPoint Presentations
- Ability to interpret and analyze documents
- Willingness to work in multiple shifts
Technical Requirements:
- Educational qualification and experience
- Minimum Graduation degree apart from BCA BSC computer science
- 2 4 years of experience in US Banking is preferred
- Mortgage Servicing 2 4 years of experience in US Mortgage Escrow Special Loans Hazard Insurance Tax
