Key Responsibilities: Order Management: Placing and managing appraisal orders through appraisal management platforms. Tracking and Monitoring: Monitoring the progress of appraisal orders, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines. Communication: Maintaining clear and consistent communication with lenders, appraisers, and other relevant parties. Issue Resolution: Addressing and resolving issues or delays related to appraisal orders. Compliance: Ensuring all appraisal activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies. Quality Control: Reviewing appraisal reports for completeness and accuracy. Vendor Management: Building and maintaining relationships with appraisal management companies. Reporting: Generating reports on appraisal order status and performance. Administrative Support: Providing administrative support to clients and internal teams regarding appraisal processes.
