Sales Coordinator

• Urgently required female candidate for the profile of Sales Coordinator in a company located Kanganwal Road, Ludhiana.
• The applicant must have decent communication skills.
• The applicant must have 1+ years of experience.

• The applicant should be from commerce background.
• Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and order processing
• Prepare export documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, etc.)
• Coordinate with production, logistics & freight forwarders
• Track order status, dispatches, and payments
• Maintain sales records, reports, and MIS
• Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients
• Immediate joiner would be an added advantage.
