Position: Telecaller (Female Only)
Location: Kankinara 2no Kantadanga Road Gandhinagar
Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound inquiries.
- Explain products or services and build customer interest.
- Maintain call records and update customer database.
- Follow up with leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Female candidates only.
- Good communication skills in [Language(s): e.g., Hindi, English, Bengali].
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience in telecalling / customer service preferred, but freshers can apply.
