Job Objective
As an Architect at Masterbuilt, you will lead the design development process and coordinate architectural planning across multiple projects—translating client needs into functional, regulatory-compliant, and aesthetically impactful design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs, concepts, and MEP layouts as per project scope, budget, and timelines.
- Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, present proposals, and refine designs.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and IS guidelines.
- Work closely with structural, MEP, and interior consultants.
- Support project management from concept to handover, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with engineers, site teams, and contractors for smooth execution.
- Prepare and maintain all architectural documentation, including GFC drawings and permit submissions.
- Address design conflicts and technical issues with practical, creative solutions.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) – Master’s preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in residential/commercial architecture.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Knowledge of Kerala Building Rules and DTP drawings.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
