Job Summary
We are seeking a Billing Staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing processes of both counter and restaurants.
Experience : 06 months to 2 years (Freshers can also apply)
Qualification : Bcom
- Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and process invoices for ticket sales, events, and park services.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and account balances.
- Assist customers with billing-related queries in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with the ticketing and sales departments to ensure correct billing details.
- Monitor and follow up on pending payments or discrepancies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly billing reports for management.
- Handle cash and card transactions at the billing counters when required.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.
